Booking Process
I can take your booking by phone or by email. Once I have all the required information about you and your event and a fee has been agreed. The booking process is as follows;
I will send you a booking contract to your home address with the details of your booking, the fee and payment instructions along with my cancellation policy.
You return the signed booking contract along with a £50 deposit or pay via paypal as detailed in the booking contract. The contract and deposit need to be returned within 7 days to secure the booking.
Once I receive the signed booking contract and the deposit has cleared. I will send you written confirmation of your booking.
Payment
Cancellations Policy
All cancellations result in loss of your non refundable deposit. Cancellations must be put in writing at least 30 days prior to your event, otherwise the full remaining balance is payable.
In the unlikely event that Turbo Discos has to cancel the booking. All monies including the deposit will be refunded. No further payments will be made.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure. The remaining time of the function will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. No further payments will be made.
In the event that the venue terminates the function early. No refunds will be made. The issue is between the hirer and the venue management.
The equipment can take upto a maximum of 2 hours to setup. In the event that the start time is delayed for reasons beyond the control of Turbo Discos. E.g. the wedding breakfast over runs / the venue is late opening up. No refund will be made for the time lost.
In the event of damages to equipment and / or risk to staff of Turbo Discos due to neglegant / violent behaviour of any guests present at the function. The function will be terminated imediately and no refunds will be given. Any damage to equipment will be paid for in full by those responsible.
Requirements
Upto 2 hours is required to setup and upto 1.5 hours is required to pack away. I offer an early setup option which is ideal for weddings where the wedding breakfast is in the same room and time is limitted by this.
Standard Disco requires minimum of 3.5M wide x 2M deep flat floor area.
All setups require minimum of 2 x 13A independant / non shared sockets.
The venue must be undercover and the setup area must not be damp.
Parking suitable for a vehicle must be available on site.
